Barbados Artes Escénicas

Co-founder · Artistic Director · President
2014–2021

Overview
Barbados Artes Escénicas was a non-profit performing arts organization I co-founded with Diego Ernesto Rodríguez in Buenos Aires. Established in 2014 and incorporated as a non-profit association in 2017, it was a platform for producing performances, developing new artistic work and creating long-term programs that supported emerging artists.

Working across artistic direction, production and organizational development, I helped shape the organization’s vision while coordinating projects that connected opera, theatre, dance and cultural management. Through artistic productions, creation residencies and educational programs, Barbados fostered collaborative environments where artists could develop, publish and present new work.

The organization combined artistic production with cultural infrastructure, promoting access to the performing arts through independent creation, public programs and interdisciplinary collaboration.
