Movement as a practice of awareness, creativity and connection

Workshops, private sessions and creative laboratories exploring movement through improvisation, embodiment and connection — from individual exploration to partner dance practices.

Two approaches, one creative practice

Movement Labs explores movement as a practice of awareness, creativity and connection.

Through improvisation and embodied exploration, participants discover new ways of moving, relating and creating through the body.

The practice offers two complementary pathways depending on each participant’s interests and experience.

Partner Dance & Improvisation

For dancers and partner dance communities interested in expanding their practice through connection, listening and creativity.

These workshops explore the relationship between two bodies through improvisation, weight, musicality, communication and shared movement.

Drawing from my research into tango, creative movement and improvisation, participants investigate new possibilities beyond the fixed patterns of any single dance form.

Suitable for fusion dance and other improvisation-based partner dance communities.

Creative Movement

For anyone interested in exploring movement as a source of awareness, creativity and personal expression.

Through improvisation, guided exploration and embodied practices, participants develop confidence, presence and a deeper relationship with their own bodies.

No previous dance or movement experience is required.

Who is it for?

  • dancers wanting to expand their movement practice;
  • partner dance communities exploring improvisation and connection;
